Around Home:

from my window

Chateau de Blonay, right across the street

Anais posing on our porch after I did facepaint

at the park, too high for too long! yikes/LOL

Milan was really dirty, so not many pics:

Make peace, not roar?

I respect the extra effort it took to make this a txt heart.

So many Italian bikes had more functional versions of my basket, so inspired

First I'll get the last graffiti pictures out of the way. I've noticed that style and message vary quite a lot between countries/rural and urban areas:
village in Switzerland:

(This looks legit and planned out but the people that live here are actually old and act grouchy about it. I mean come on....it's cute...)

compared to Paris, center of Montmartre:

This translates to "Better than the American Dream: ..Mass Human Genocide!"

good intro to Paris pics I guess

Lost on my way to the flea market, I stumbled into a bar where I found its round and grumpy Parisien owner...he throwing back beers at 930am. I asked pitifully if I could pleeeease use the toilets. He begrudgingly handed over the keys and gave me directions, and when I followed them I discovered the sole love in his life: his periwinkle pet parakeets that he keeps behind two gates and right next to the alleyway toilet.

Finally got to flea market. This puppet show guy was a vendor, selling the stand for over 4,000 dollars.

I need to take more pictures. These were just the most interesting bits I guess. Anyway, about Paris: difficult if you are vegetarian, not rich, and want to eat out. I ate a cheese crepe for lunch and fruit for other meals...blah blah boring, my point is that the French don't give a FUCK if you're offended; they adore their meat and have no qualms about where it came from:

so unnecessary but sorta lol.
